The agent who has done the listing which captured your client's interest signs a compensation contract with you.

After receiving the signed contract, the buyer’s data is sent to the consultant in Portugal.

This method is perfect if you are dealing with a client interested in various properties listed by different agents.

Representation Agreement

Select an agent located in Portugal to represent you in the transaction of any property your client may purchase.

Only after signing this agreement will SAM-MLS send the client’s data to the partner consultant.

Services for International Clients

Some agencies provide specific services to international clients: from airport pickup, accommodation booking… You should contact the consultant with whom you want to partner in order to know the services provided. Use SAM-MLS messaging to do this.
